Filaments and materials for bristles
Our filaments are available in four types of material, each of which extends into many variations:
- Vegetable filaments: sisal, tampico, bassine;
- Animal filaments: horsehair, tail or horse mane, goat beards hair, hairs from bull ears, pig bristles;
- Synthetic Filaments: Nylon, polyethylene, polypropene, PVC, diamond-charged nylon, aluminum oxide, silicon carbide, ceramic, metal detecting iron with plastic filament detectable charged;
- Metallic filaments: Gold harmonic steel, stainless steel, bronze, brass, steel cable;
- Natural filaments: Cotton thread.
Each of these filaments can be made in customizable colors, diameters, hardnesses and corrugations.

- Filaments
Brass-plated harmonic steel wire round shape – slightly wavy.
Corrugation with titles over 100kg.
Available diameters 0.17 0.25 0.30 0.38
The diameters can undergo variations during the processing phases.
- Filaments
Natural fiber of heat resistant, very stubborn, padd.
No diameters.
- Filaments
Corrugated bronze filament – diameters 0.12
- Filaments
Brass-plated steel cord excellent bending and resistance to wear
thanks to its twisting during use, it unties very slowly, presenting a plumage only at the tip.
the remaining remains cord diameter between 1.4 / 1.3mm.
- Filaments
Natural yarn of pure cotton twisted ivory or white color.
- Filaments
Pure gray horsehair.
It can be mixed with other hairs or synthetic filaments to obtain more wear resistant variants than pure gray horsehair.
- Filaments
Pure blond horsehair washed and without any synthetic filament.
- Filaments
Brass-plated steel cord excellent bending and resistance to wear
thanks to its twisting during use, it is unties very slowly, presenting a plumage only at the tip.
the remaining remains cord diameter between 1.4 / 1.3mm.
- Filaments
Smooth food plastic filament detectable to the metaldetector, available diameters 0.35 and 0.60, gray color.
- Filaments
Abrasive plastic filament with silicon carbide diameters are from 1.8 to 0.60, plus the grain and thin plus the diameter of the filament decreases.
The grains are 36-46-60-80-120-180-240-320 with silicon carbide.
500 grit with aluminum oxide.

NYLON Thread 6
0.30 knurled green color – 0.20 knurled white transparent – 0.30 wavy black
The wavy filaments create a very open tuft and will visually result in contact with a totally covering brush compared to the straight filament
With the same diameter between the smooth and the corrugated, the wavy filament is softer
Instead the knurled filament is a middle ground between the smooth filament and the wavy filament
It is used when there is the need to create a more opaque brush but maintaining the rigidity of the smooth filament.

Starry polyethylene (PE) wire
Its shape guarantees a constant plumage of a few mm at the end of the filament.
Good product as an anti-scratch filament but has a weak mechanical resistance.

Blonde pig bristle mixed with other PURE O SYNTHETIC bristles to obtain a greater hardness than pure bristle.
- Filaments
Pure bristle of blond pig.
Excellent for obtaining a brush that can spread liquids or dust.
- Filaments
Tampico natural fiber softer than the yellow shank
to the touch it is rough, excellent for not electrostatically charging surfaces and has a good resistance to high temperatures (no direct flame).
It is used in fact where the plastic filaments do not resist
the metal filaments are even more resistant than tampico at high temperatures.
- Filaments
Brass wire treccina brassed brass composed of many single strands twisted in relation to the steel cord, the steel braided wire during use the strand unrolls along the entire length of the tuft creating a compact brush.
Diameter 1.6.
