We produce brushes for maturing, brushing and oiling hard or soft rind cheeses.
For worn brushes, both punched and tied, we offer the filaments replacement service.

    Brushes for cheeses

    Hourglass brushes that can be used on commercially available machines with steel filaments for hard rind cheeses or
    nylon for brushing soft rind cheeses. The punching of the steel filament can be carried out on whole or half-divided drums.
    The nylon filament is tied on the aluminum body divided in half. In addition to the production of new brushes, we offer the filaments replacement service.

    Punched side brushes used on commercial tooling with body divided in half or whole with nylon or steel filaments. In addition to the production of new brushes, we offer the filament replacing service.

    Circular brushes punched with nylon filament, for processing small cheeses. Used for cleaning molds or for oiling the crust. The brushes differ from each other because they use different wire diameters.
