Brushes for Photovoltaic Systems and Panels

Production of rotating or fixed technical brushes for washing photovoltaic panels. Over the years, by remaining in close contact with manufacturers of systems, maintainers and cleaning teams for panels, we have gradually consolidated a good knowledge in  his field of use.     Brushes for solar panels

    Punched cylindrical brushes with nylon filaments resistant to thermal shock and with excellent mechanical resistance. Brushes with these filaments are used where the brush is not supported by any structure, rests directly with the threads on the panel to be cleaned, so a strong mechanical resistance of the filaments is required. The brush can have diameters from 100mm to 250mm and can have a maximum length of 4000 mm In particular cases, a reinforced body has been used in order to avoid bending of the same, so, combining more brushes, a maximum length of 12 meters can be reached.

This brush is used when there is little flow of water and when it is supported by a metal structure that runs on wheels or rails. In particular cases, a reinforced body has been used in order to avoid bending of the same, so a maximum length of 12 meters can be reached.
